Victorian Opposition leader Matthew Guy has promised to equip state police with four Rapid Scout HQ mobile surveillance vehicles to crack down on crime and gangs, if he wins the next election.
“It gives police the tools they need to smash crime and to smash gangs,” he said. “It’s like nothing we’ve seen in Victoria before.” |

Each vehicle is equipped with fixed and portable cameras. The footage is sent back in real time to the screens inside the vehicle, and can also be sent to police head quarters or straight to the mobile phone of a front-line police officer.
The footage can be used to help control events, as well as evidence and to identify offenders during riots or major disturbances. |

We are delighted to announce that ISI Aust. has been chosen as one of 32 semi-finalists in the The Australian Technologies Competition (ATC) to participate in the ATC17 Business Accelerator. Our rapid deploy camera units have been chosen as a finalist in the smart cities category alongside 30+ other technological innovations in fields such as energy, manufacturing, food and agitech, mining, medical tech and cyber security. "This year we have again partnered with the Federal Government’s Industry Growth Centres to identify and work with technologies from the Government’s priority sectors ", explained John O'Brien, the competition organiser. “The Semi Finalists will have unmatched profiling opportunities with industry and investors that will help them get to market and realise their potential in Australia and globally.”
Winners will be announced at Technology Showcases in Melbourne and Sydney in October and November.
